My personal motto is, “To create an experience that leaves a lasting impression,” and i’m 100% confident this was accomplished when my company hosted our customer appreciation event on the rooftop at Rustic Root. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our experience at Rustic Root…that’s saying a lot!

Thank you so much for hosting a fabulous Provation Customer Appreciation Event on your rooftop Monday, May 20. Everyone, Provation staff and customers, raved about Rustic Root, the food, drinks, atmosphere, etc. Your rooftop patio is second to none in the Gaslamp District and I’m so happy we were able to treat our VIP customers to a wonderful evening with you. You helped make my job easy by being so great to work with.

This is the third year we have hosted our event at Rustic Root and my second year managing and working with your team. Jenelle is outstanding and I truly appreciate all of the support she provides to our team with pre and during the event. This year we also worked with Vince while on-site and he was very attentive and did an excellent job.

From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience at Rustic Root. We rented the full rooftop for a corporate event, and heard nothing but great things from our guests (including many of our organization's VIP clients) about the food, drinks, and service. RMD Group was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process - they made it so easy for us to execute a fantastic event, and their customer service could not be better. Highly recommend this space for other large private events - we'll definitely book Rustic Root again for any future events that we hold in San Diego.

Throughout the planning process to the days leading up to our event, [RMD Group Events] definitely put me at ease even if we threw some curve-balls with increasing our original guest count by 25 people!!! I also greatly appreciated your flexibility with bringing in the extra tables and chairs and making sure every last detail was in place; decor included. Needless to say, we were beyond impressed with the both the rooftop and the main dining area. And, the food! It was tremendous! I have never received so many compliments on food when planning events for a group of our size. From the apps to the entrees (and, of course, dessert...), it was all DELISH! I also wanted to make mention of your staff. With all our people, there was NEVER a line for a drink on the rooftop and the servers were extremely attentive during dinner. WOW!

Rustic Root is AMAZING!!! My clients and I have been going there annually for an event and they never disappoint. Working with Emily and Jenelle is so easy. Onsite, their staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. The food is delicious and I never have to worry about anything. I can't say enough!

The communication was seamless from start to finish. The event and sales staff were so easy and pleasant to work with. They helped make my vision come to life. I would definitely recommend Rustic Root!

This was my second event that I planned with Jenelle at an RMD Group venue (first event at Rustic Root). Working with her is such a joy. She is very detailed oriented and an excellent communicator. She really wanted our guests to have a wonderful experience at Volcano Rabbit and made it so easy for me, to not worry. We have hosted two events with Volcano Rabbit and both have been fantastic! The event staff is extremely organized and professional and made sure that every detail was attended to so that on the night of the event we were able to show up and enjoy our event. Food was incredible as well and the staff working the event was very friendly. Thank you for another great event!

From start to finish, working with the RMD Group event team was such a pleasant experience. Emily was a joy – She showed me several of RMD Group’s venues, all of which are spectacular by the way, and Emily was so genuinely eager and willing to help my team find the best fit for our event. Even the contract process could not have been smoother, and now that’s saying something!

The planning process was quite seamless and easy as well, thanks to the wonderful Jenelle. What an angel! Jenelle was so attentive and responsive – she focused on every detail of the event, and most importantly, she shared and encouraged our vision. We worked with Jenelle on custom branding the venue, including the columns, VIP tables, high tops, bar tops, TV’s, drinks, etc.

It’s been an exceptional experience working with Side Bar from the very beginning planning stages with Emily to the event logistics with Jenelle, ending with the night-of execution with Jacob. I haven’t had that level of professionalism from a nightclub/bar in all the years I’ve been planning Littler After Dark. The feedback we’ve received Friday from those who attended has been overwhelmingly positive. You can’t get better than a Linkedin post containing a fire emoji from the co-managing partner of the firm. You guys made me look good.
